Connection Issues in the Stingray Karaoke In-Car app

Step 1: Confirm your car's connectivity
Before troubleshooting the Stingray Karaoke app, please open another internet-based application in your car (such as a web browser or another streaming app) to confirm that your vehicle's internet connection is active.
Step 2: Clear the app's data
If other apps are working correctly, the next step is to clear the Karaoke app's cached data. This will not delete your account, but it will reset the app's temporary files.
- From your car's home screen, long-press the Stingray Karaoke app icon.
- In the menu that appears, select "Info" or a similar option.
- Choose the option to "Clear data" or "Delete data."
- Relaunch the app to see if the issue is resolved.
Step 3: Reinstall the app
If clearing the data does not solve the problem, the final step is to perform a clean reinstallation.
- Delete the Stingray Karaoke app from your vehicle's system.
- Go to your car's app store and reinstall the app.
- Log in and check if the network error is gone.
