Why won't my purchased songs play in the mobile app?

What is changing?
The Stingray Karaoke mobile app is now exclusively a subscription-based service. As a result of this change, songs that were individually purchased from the online Karaoke Store will no longer be accessible or playable from within the mobile app.
Why is this change happening?
Our goal is to provide the best possible karaoke experience. By focusing the app on a subscription model, we can deliver a more seamless streaming service with an ever-growing library of songs, new features, and consistent updates.
What happens to my purchased songs?
Your purchased songs are not gone. You still own them and have the right to use them.
How can I access my purchased songs?
You can access and download your full library of purchased songs at any time from the Stingray Karaoke Store website.
- Visit the Karaoke Store Library.
- Log in to the account you used to purchase the songs.
- From your library, you can download the song files to your computer.
- Once downloaded, you can transfer the files to a USB drive for use with any compatible karaoke machine.
How do I use the mobile Karaoke app now?
To enjoy the full in-app karaoke experience and sing from our entire catalog of songs, a subscription is required. A subscription gives you unlimited, on-demand access to all the songs and features within the app.We understand this is a significant change, and we thank you for your understanding as we continue to improve the Stingray Karaoke platform.
