How to subscribe to Stingray Karaoke through Samsung checkout

To subscribe to Stingray Karaoke on your Samsung TV, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Stingray Karaoke app and select the 'Subscribe' button, located in the top-left corner, or on the promo banner.
2. You will be prompted to choose your subscription plan. Please select your preference.
3. Proceed by selecting 'Agree and Pay'.
4. To complete the transaction, you will be asked to enter your Samsung TV PIN to confirm the payment.
    

Please note: If you have not previously set up a payment method on your Samsung TV, a QR code will appear on the screen. You will need to scan this code with your mobile device to add your payment information.

How to cancel your Stingray Karaoke subscription through Samsung checkout

You can cancel your Samsung Checkout subscription directly from your TV or the Samsung website. Please follow the steps below:

On your TV:

1. On the left-hand sidebar, select User at the top of the list.
2. Your users will appear – select the pencil icon under the user profile to edit.
3. Go to Payment info (third from the top).
4. Select Subscription.
5. Scroll to the subscription you wish to cancel, then choose Unsubscribe.
6. Select Unsubscribe and confirm with Yes.

On the Samsung website:

1. Visit Samsung Checkout Login
2. Click Sign in and log in with the same credentials from your TV user account.
3. Select Purchase History from the top bar.
4. Select Subscriptions.
5. Select your Active subscription.
6. Click Unsubscribe.

How to link your existing Stingray Karaoke account to a Stingray Karaoke subscription purchased through Samsung checkout

You can link your Stingray Karaoke subscription to your Samsung TV using Samsung Checkout by following these steps:

1. Open the Stingray Karaoke app on your Samsung TV.
2. Navigate to My Karaoke and select Login.

Once logged in, your subscription will be linked, and you’ll have full access to your channels and features.

NOTE: You should be prompted to log in automatically when you subscribe.
