If you received an email about our Download Store closing, you may be wondering what this means for you. We want to make one thing crystal clear: we are not closing our business. Stingray Karaoke and Singing Machine are here to stay, and we're more excited than ever about what's ahead.
What is changing is how we deliver karaoke to you. We're moving away from the older model of purchasing individual songs for download, and putting our full focus on our WiFi-connected machines and subscription-based app — a better, simpler, and always up-to-date karaoke experience.

Does this mean I'm losing access to karaoke?
Not at all. Our app and WiFi-connected machines are unaffected by this change. You can continue enjoying karaoke just as you always have, with access to thousands of songs through your subscription.
Am I going to get a refund because you're "closing"?
We are not closing, so there are no refunds related to this transition. The only thing shutting down is the Download Store — the part of our service that allowed individual song purchases. Everything else continues as normal.
Why are you making this change?
Our WiFi-connected machines and subscription app allow us to offer a much larger, constantly refreshed library of songs — without the hassle of managing individual downloads. It's a better experience for our customers, and it allows us to invest in building new things for our community.
