How do I log in and access my library in the Stingray Karaoke Store?
FollowYou can access your purchased songs at any time by heading to the "My Library" section of the Stingray Karaoke download store.

Go to https://karaoke.stingray.com/store and click on Download Store in the top-right-hand corner of your computer screen.
- Click "Sign In"
- Enter your email address or create your account using the Facebook sign-in option.
- Go to "My Library"
Here's how to log in with Facebook:
Click on "Sign in" and select "Continue with Facebook".
That's it! You should now be logged in to your account.
Can't log in?
It could be that you created your account using Facebook instead of your email address.
Please note: If you created your account using Facebook the "Reset Password" option will not be available and you will not receive a "Reset Your Stingray Password" email from us.
Here's how to log in with Facebook:
- Click on Sign in and select Continue with Facebook
- That's it! You should now be logged in to your account.

Important Announcement: The Karaoke Download Store is Closing
As we continue to evolve our karaoke experience, we are moving away from our traditional download store and focusing on our new generation of WiFi-connected machines and subscription-based apps. This allows us to provide a larger, more frequently updated library of songs through streaming.
As part of this transition, the Karaoke Download Store will be closing permanently in mid-2026.
We understand this is a significant change, and we want to ensure you have all the information you need to manage your purchased songs.
Key Dates & Action Required
Please take note of these important deadlines:
- March 31, 2026: This is the last day to purchase new songs from the download store.
- Mid-2026: The store will shut down permanently.
What you need to do: Before the store closes, you must download all of your previously purchased songs to a local device, such as a computer or a USB backup drive. After the store closes, you will no longer be able to access your account or re-download your purchases.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are some of my purchased songs already missing?
From time to time, content availability may change due to licensing agreements and catalog updates. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to modify or remove content, which means some songs may become unavailable for re-download even before the store closes. This makes it very important to download and back up your library as soon as possible.
What happens to the songs I have already downloaded?
Any songs you have successfully downloaded to your personal storage are yours to keep and use on your compatible devices. This closure only affects your ability to re-download them from our store.
What is the new way to get karaoke songs?
Our new subscription service, available on our WiFi-connected machines, gives you instant streaming access to our entire catalog of thousands of songs. This ensures you always have the latest hits and a massive library at your fingertips without needing to manage individual downloads.
