As of November 2024, the Karaoke Channel Online TV app will no longer be supported. But don't worry—it's being replaced by the Stingray Karaoke TV app, available on Samsung, Vizio, LG, and other smart TVs.

This new app is home to all the same awesome music you know and love, but with a more user-friendly interface. 

What happens to my subscription?

Your subscription will remain active, and it will get automatically transferred to the Stingray Karaoke TV and mobile app. You can use the same credentials to log in.

Please note that subscriptions will not renew automatically as we cannot transfer your payment methods due to privacy reasons.

Users are asked to update their payment methods here if they wish to have their subscriptions renew and/or to get a different type of subscriptions.

Having Trouble Logging In to the Stingray Karaoke App?

If the Stingray Karaoke TV App does not recognize your login credentials from the Karaoke Channel, it may be due to technical issues related to transferring subscriptions between different platforms.

My TV does not support the Stingray Karaoke app

Most models of smart TVs older than 2018 do not support the new Stingray Karaoke app. In this case, we encourage you to try our mobile app and use the casting feature to reproduce the experience. Feel free to reach out to our team to assist you
