As of November 2024, the Karaoke Channel Online TV app has been officially discontinued. Your karaoke experience now continues on the Stingray Karaoke app, available on Samsung, LG, Vizio, and other supported smart TVs. If you were a subscriber to the Karaoke Channel app, your account has been migrated to Stingray Karaoke. You'll find the same great song catalog, now in a more modern and user-friendly app. 

What happens to my subscription?

Your subscription has been transferred to the Stingray Karaoke TV and mobile apps. 

Here's what you need to know: 

• You can log in with the same email and password. 
• Your payment method was not transferred due to privacy regulations and due to this, your subscription will not renew automatically. 

To continue using your subscription: 

Please update your payment method manually to avoid any service interruption. 

Update your payment information here

You'll also have the option to choose a new subscription plan if you prefer. 

Having Trouble Logging In to the Stingray Karaoke App?

If the Stingray Karaoke app does not recognize your login credentials, this may be due to a technical issue during the account migration. 

No worries. Contact our support team, and we'll be happy to restore access to your account quickly. 

My TV does not support the Stingray Karaoke app

Some smart TVs, especially models released before 2018, may not support the Stingray Karaoke app. 

You still have options: 

• Download the Stingray Karaoke mobile app. 
• Use casting features (AirPlay, Chromecast, or HDMI) to enjoy karaoke on your TV.
