You can cancel your Stingray Karaoke subscription directly from your Samsung TV or the Samsung website.

Important: If you subscribed through Samsung Checkout without creating a Stingray Karaoke account, your billing information is held exclusively by Samsung — not Stingray. This means you cannot cancel from within the Stingray Karaoke app. You must cancel directly through your Samsung TV menu or the Samsung website, using the steps below.

On Your TV

1. On the left-hand sidebar, select User at the top of the list.
2. Select the pencil icon under your user profile to edit.
3. Go to Payment Info (third option from the top).
4. Select Subscription.
5. Scroll to the subscription you wish to cancel and select Unsubscribe.
6. Confirm by selecting Yes.

On the Samsung Website

1. Visit Samsung Checkout and sign in with your Samsung TV account credentials.
2. Select Purchase History from the top navigation bar.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Select your Active Subscription.
5. Click Unsubscribe.
