Why my free Samsung TV subscription isn't working?
FollowIf you've successfully purchased a Stingray Karaoke subscription through your Samsung TV but are still seeing a limited song selection, the app may need a quick refresh to recognize your subscription.
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Note: No account is required to use the Stingray Karaoke app on Samsung TVs.* If you previously created and logged into an account, please log out before proceeding.
Step 1: Force Close the App
With the Stingray Karaoke app open, press and hold the Back button on your Samsung TV remote until the app closes completely. This clears the app's temporary cache.
Step 2: Relaunch the App
Open Stingray Karaoke again. Your subscription should now be active, giving you full access to the complete song catalog.

* This applies only to Samsung TVs running Tizen 5.5 or older (typically models made before 2020). On these models, use the QR code displayed on screen to subscribe via your smartphone.
